Detaching a Hololens from your Fologram account

For a variety of reasons you may wish to detach a Hololens from your Fologram account. The following steps outline how:

Please Note: The Fologram 14 day free trial is headset specific, and not linked directly to your Fologram account. So detaching your Fologram account will not allow you to start a new 14 day trial. In the case that you have acquired a headset that you think has already had a trial, please contact us at support@fologram.com

  1. Launch Fologram on the Hololens.

  2. Open the main menu and select Settings :

  3. Select Account Management:

  4. Select Detach Hololens.
