Seats available/ in use

Hi,

My Fologram account says that I have 1/1 seats available, but when I start up Fologram on my Hololens it saysthere are currently no seats available, 1/1 seats are currently in use. Any idea what the problem is?

Is it possible that you have your license checked out on another headset? I would make sure that any devices you have used your license on are all checked in (Go to Settings > Account Management > Check In from the Fologram menu on the HoloLens) to ensure that you have seats available.
